Description

Nasril-S Nasal Spray / Drops is a sterile hypertonic saline solution containing 2.65% Sodium Chloride in purified water.
It effectively helps decongest blocked nasal passages, moisturizes dry mucosa, and flushes out dust, pollen, and allergens from the nasal cavity.
The hypertonic concentration provides a natural osmotic effect, drawing excess fluid from swollen nasal tissues to restore free breathing.

This non-medicated, preservative-free, and non-addictive formulation is safe for regular use in adults, children, and infants. It offers instant relief from nasal congestion and dryness caused by cold, sinusitis, allergies, pollution, or low humidity.

Indications

Nasril-S is indicated for:

Relief of nasal congestion due to cold, flu, sinusitis, or allergic rhinitis
Dry or irritated nasal mucosa from pollution, dust, smoke, or air travel
Routine nasal hygiene to cleanse allergens, crusts, and pollutants
Post-nasal surgery or post-endoscopic care
As an adjunct in upper respiratory tract infections
Improved nasal breathing and overall comfort

Dosage & Administration

Adults & Children: 1–2 sprays (or 2–3 drops) in each nostril, 2–4 times daily or as directed by a physician.
Infants: 1–2 drops in each nostril, as advised by the pediatrician.

Directions for use:

Gently blow the nose if possible.
Tilt the head slightly backward or to one side.
Spray or instill drops in each nostril.
Keep the head tilted for a few seconds to allow even distribution.

Contraindications

Do not use Nasril-S if:

You are hypersensitive to Sodium Chloride or any component of the formulation.
There is complete nasal obstruction due to structural causes (unless advised by a doctor).
You have recent nasal trauma or surgery without medical supervision.

Precautions

For nasal use only.
Do not share the spray or dropper to prevent cross-infection.
Keep the container tightly closed after each use.
Discontinue use if the solution becomes cloudy or changes color.
Use within 30 days after opening.

Use in Pregnancy & Lactation

Safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as it contains no drugs or vasoconstrictors.

Pediatric Use

Safe and gentle for infants and children when used under medical advice.

Adverse Effects

Generally well tolerated. Rarely, mild and temporary nasal irritation or burning sensation may occur.
